Build to launch
Every package is a build-to-launch service.
We are not selling a design mock-up or handing over a folder of files. Subject to the scope agreed for your package, the work includes:

The package you select determines the scope. Not every capability listed on this page is included in every package. Final scope, deliverables, launch arrangements and responsibilities are confirmed in your quotation and client agreement.
Launch means we deploy the approved website according to the agreed project scope and hand over the completed work. It does not automatically include domain registration or renewal, hosting or business email subscriptions, or the ongoing management of your domain, DNS, hosting or email. Where that technical setup is needed, our once-off Domain, Hosting & Business Email Setup service applies, from R2,500.

Domain, hosting & business email setup — from R2,500
Initial setup and connection of your domain, DNS, hosting and business email, including domain/email verification and the relevant email authentication configuration where applicable.
This is a once-off setup and configuration service. It does not include ongoing maintenance, monitoring or management of your domain, DNS, hosting or email systems. Ongoing support is available through an optional Website Care & Support Plan, according to the plan and agreed scope. Charges from your domain, hosting and email providers are paid separately by you where applicable.

Website Care is a managed service, not a fixed product. Before a plan starts we assess your website and the technology environment behind it — platform, hosting, domain, email and integrations — so the right care scope can be agreed. Where useful, we may first look at publicly observable information about your existing website and domain to prepare for that conversation. Websites differ, so the care scope differs.

Care plans provide ongoing website support and maintenance according to the selected plan and the agreed scope. They are optional, and are not automatically mandatory after a website launches unless agreed in the client's contract. A care plan does not include unlimited new development: major redesigns, new ecommerce systems, new booking platforms, custom applications, major integrations and substantial new functionality are quoted separately.

These are provider charges, paid by the client to the relevant provider.
