Delivery approach

How engineering work is delivered.

  1. Understand

Review the requirement, scope, equipment, site conditions, deliverables, standards and client requirements.

  2. Assess

Confirm technical competence, qualifications, experience, workforce, equipment, safety and other delivery requirements.

  3. Plan

Develop the workforce and resource plan, work method, schedule, reporting process and responsibilities.

  4. Mobilise

Deploy approved personnel, PPE, tools and equipment, and the required documentation.

  5. Execute

Perform the approved maintenance, inspection, repair or technical support work according to the applicable requirements.

  6. Verify

Inspect completed work, test where required, record observations and obtain appropriate sign-off.

  7. Report & support

Provide service records, maintenance reports, outstanding items and agreed follow-up support.

Quality, health & safety

How we approach quality and safety.

Engineering work is approached with appropriate attention to the following, according to the requirements applicable to each project.

  • Personnel competence, qualification and experience requirements
  • Tender and project-specific requirements
  • Site rules and approved work methods
  • PPE requirements
  • Risk assessments and safety documentation where required
  • Permits where required
  • Incident reporting where required
  • Inspection and testing where applicable
  • Quality control, reporting and correction of identified defects

Specialist resources

Matched to the requirement, not overstated.

Where a requirement calls for capability beyond our direct operating capability, we source appropriately qualified specialist resources or partners, where permitted and properly verified.

We do not claim certifications, licences, registrations or completed contracts that have not been verified. If a requirement falls outside what we can properly support, we say so.
